Each Guided Meditation Experience contains a life message and prayer...centered around building a purpose driven life in the midst of adversity, while becoming the highest expression of who God created you to become more of … Every single day. Being fully present, with a willingness to be vulnerable…creating a safe and non judgmental, loving space for that person to be vulnerable with you. Honesty and transparency is a non negotiable.
