But along the way, I realized that not only was I never alone… I had someone advocating for me behind the scenes of my life. In the darkest night of my soul…I connected with The One who can turn your deepest pain into a life changing Purpose... I got to know the One who defies impossible… I immersed myself in an intimate relationship with the One who loves you more than anything you could possibly imagine living in your lifetime... The One I call my Lord and Savior... Jesus Christ. And so I’ve made it my personal mission, to be Your Encouraging Voice of Hope … To speak into the hearts of all those at that point of their journey... when it looks and feels like all hope is completely lost. Each Guided Meditation Experience contains a life message and prayer...centered around building a purpose driven life in the midst of adversity, while becoming the highest expression of who God created you to become more of … Every single day. Being fully present, with a willingness to be vulnerable…creating a safe and non judgmental, loving space for that person to be vulnerable with you. Honesty and transparency is a non negotiable.

So that rock bottom moment I mentioned at the beginning, marked one of the greatest milestones and turning points of my life…. Where my healing journey began. Driving home late from work one night, in a mind blowing depression wondering how did I even end up here, crying out to God praying for a miracle that God would open up this man’s eyes and turn this catastrophe around… An even bigger miracle happened…God opened my eyes.
